By accessing or using Heavenly Voices Inc. you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2 Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3 Donations

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law. Donations support the ministry's mission and are processed securely through Stripe.

4 Book Purchases & Digital Downloads

• Physical books are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times vary by region.
• Digital books are delivered by email as a signed download link, valid for 30 days and 5 download attempts.
• Digital content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution is prohibited.

5 User-Submitted Content

Testimonies, prayer requests, and contact submissions remain your intellectual property, but by submitting you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit for clarity, and republish them in our ministry communications, unless you request otherwise.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, transmit malware, scrape content at scale, or post unlawful, hateful, or defamatory material.

7 Intellectual Property

All sermons, music, books, articles, and graphics are the property of Heavenly Voices Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without prior written permission.

8 Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

10 Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
